Communication
All communication and reservations requests in respect of these tours must be addressed to your travel agent or to us directly.

Reservations
All itineraries allow you to choose your own departure day. Request for booking should be sent as much in advance as possible with 10% nonrefundable advance either by bank Draft or by telegraphic transfer directly to our account at Standard Chartered Grindlays Bank, 10 Parliament Street, New Delhi. The balance payment must reach us at least 25 days in advance. We also accept American Express Cards.

Cancellations
If reservations are cancelled within 15 days before the date of arrival, the advanced deposit would be forfeited, However, for Palace on wheels tour- separate cancellation rules apply

Refund
Full refund shall be given for tours cancelled due to circumstances beyond anybody's control.

Travel Documents
Passengers will be required to hold valid Passport and Visa to visit India and Nepal. Kindly check with your Travel Agent/ Airlines about the exact requirements.

Liability
Target Tours while undertaking tours, transportation, hotel accommodation & other services only act, as an agent on the clear understanding that it shall not in any way be responsible or liable for any accident, damage, loss, delay or inconveniences caused in connection with the travel facilities arranged by the company, its employees or agents. All bookings are accepted and executed with the utmost care, yet no responsibility is undertaken for any change or deviation on account of factors beyond our control. Target Tours reserves the right to modify any arrangements required by and made on behalf of clients and to cancel the same without any notice.
